The Challenge

Rheal wanted to generate content to celebrate International Women’s Day by spotlighting some of their most loyal customers. They needed written testimonials alongside customer imagery with Rheal products, without the headache of managing sampling and responses manually in-house.

The Process

Rheal recruited their own “always-on” community panel from their social community and email list using Sourcerie, quickly securing almost 14k panelists to work with on an ongoing basis.

Using Sourcerie Panel, Rheal created a segment of their owned Sourcerie community based on parameters such as health concerns and life stage.

The Sourcerie platform automated the shipment of 50 Balance Tonic samples and the feedback campaign to collect responses, achieving a 90% response rate.

Responses appeared in Rheal’s Sourcerie dashboard, generating a content bank of quotes and imagery for the Marketing team to use in their IWD campaign.
